We’re excited to welcome a Junior to Intermediate Electronics Engineer to our team. While experience is valuable, having the right work ethic and eagerness to learn is just as important.

**What you’ll do**
Your work will directly impact the advancement of our technology. By designing and optimizing our essential electronic devices, you’ll demonstrate creativity, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to positive global change.
- **Product Development**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, create detailed product designs, and contribute to schematics entry, PCB layout, and electronic prototyping.
- **Testing and Reporting**:Prepare and maintain comprehensive test plans, design tests to meet life and performance requirements for R&D projects, and build necessary test equipment. You’ll also conduct and document tests, supporting other R&D engineers and ensuring accurate reporting.
- **Engineering Support**:Write essential documentation, manage materials inventory, and assist with prototype assembly and debugging. You’ll also contribute to tester assembly and debugging efforts.
- **Lab and Equipment Management**:Take charge of maintaining and ensuring the availability of lab equipment, including tools, power supplies, and measurement devices.
- **Specialist Testing**:Perform conducted and radiated emissions testing, transient impulse testing, Hi-pot and insulation testing, and other standardized tests as required (following suitable training). Additionally, conduct safety inspections for mains-powered hardware.
- **Calibration**:Ensure that our meters, oscilloscopes, and measuring equipment are always fit for purpose.

**Here's what we're looking for**
- **Experience**:You’ll have 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronics engineering. Whether you’ve been tinkering with circuits since childhood or honing your skills in a professional setting, your expertise matters.
- **Power and Digital Circuit Design**:Your familiarity with power and digital circuit design is essential. From voltage regulation to signal processing, you’ll be a key player in shaping our cutting-edge products.
- **Product Validation**:You understand the importance of thorough testing and validation. Your ability to create and execute comprehensive test plans will contribute to the reliability and performance of our solutions.
- **Reporting**:Accurate reporting is crucial. You’ll document your findings, collaborate with fellow engineers, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards.
- **Advantageous Experience**:If you’ve worked with mains-powered products, that’s a bonus Your insights into safety, efficiency, and compliance will be an asset.
