Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products)We are searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to join us in the full-time role of Regional Manager at The Fabric Store. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about our brand and experienced in driving retail success and ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations. This is a pivotal role in the company, where you will work closely with senior leadership, store managers, and retail teams, managing our retail operations across Australasia while fostering a thriving workplace culture.About You:Proven experience in regional management or multi-site retail leadership roleA strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandisingExcellent leadership skills, with a passion for mentorship and a focus on fostering positive team cultureOutstanding communication, organisational and interpersonal skillsA proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processesStrong analytical skills and financial acumenA results-driven mindset, with the ability to support multiple stores in achieving their sales targetsExperience in fashion, fabrics, or textiles is highly desirableKey Responsibilities:Lead and inspire a team of store managers across seven retail locations to create a productive and collaborative work environmentWork closely with senior leadership to develop strategies aimed at improving retail sales performance and enhanced customer satisfactionWork closely with store managers on implementing strategic initiatives to achieve monthly sales targets across all storesOversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring consistent quality, adherence to company standards, and clear communication across all locationsSupport retail managers and their teams with training and development, promoting a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued and feedback is welcomedEnsure high standards of customer service and merchandising are maintained to enhance the customer experience across all storesAnalyze store performance data, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for monthly reportsContribute to the development of retail budgets and financial reports, implementing cost-saving initiatives to maximize ROI while aligning with company valuesCollaborate with store managers to optimize in-store processes, inventory management, and product displaysAbout The Fabric Store:The Fabric Store is a boutique fabric retailer specializing in contemporary designer dress fabrics and textiles, with a strong focus on natural fibres. Our brand began in New Zealand and now has stores throughout New Zealand and Australia, as well as an international online store. Fabrics are sourced from both local and international designers and include silks, linens, wool suiting & coatings, satins, cottons, and specialty pieces such as merino jersey, leather hides, and Liberty of London prints.
