Create itineraries focused on New Zealand's landscapes, manage bookings for accommodation and transport, and ensure a high-quality travel experience.
Assess clientsâ travel needs, provide tailored itinerary suggestions, and advise on travel and accommodation options.
Provide essential travel tips.
Promote our tour packages/products, assist in developing marketing materials, and engage with potential clients to generate interest in our services.

What We Offer:

Job Location: You will be based in Christchurch but may work throughout New Zealand, depending on the tour itineraries.
Employment Type: P ermanent Full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week, varying based on seasonal demand.
Salary: NZ$28.18 - NZ$31.61 per hour, depending on experience and eligibility.

Requirements:

Language: Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Qualifications: A minimum of a Level 4 qualification (Tourism or Business/Marketing); 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the qualification.
Licences: Must have a valid NZ driverâs licence; a P endorsement is preferred.
Background: No drug or criminal record.
Skills: Strong communication abilities, a caring and responsible attitude, punctuality, and a professional approach to customer service are essential.
