**Job description**:

- Lead tours across New Zealand, offering insightful commentary on the country’s natural beauty and cultural heritage, and driving clients to various destinations.
- Create itineraries focused on New Zealand's landscapes, manage bookings for accommodation and transport, and ensure a high-quality travel experience.
- Assess clients’ travel needs, provide tailored itinerary suggestions, and advise on travel and accommodation options.
- Provide essential travel tips

Promote our tour packages/products, assist in developing marketing materials, and engage with potential clients to generate interest in our services.

**What We Offer**:

- **Job Location**: You will be based in Christchurch but may work throughout New Zealand, depending on the tour itineraries.
- **Employment Type**: Permanent Full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week, varying based on seasonal demand.
- **Salary**: NZ$28.18 - NZ$31.61 per hour, depending on experience and eligibility.

**Requirements**:

- Language: Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Qualifications: Level 4 qualification in Business or Tourism, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Licences: A valid NZ driver’s licence with a P endorsement.
- Background: No record with drug, criminal, or driving offences.
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, a caring and responsible attitude, punctuality, and a professional approach to customer service are essential.
