Role Responsibilities:
As a Claims Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to manage the claims process from start to end. Your duties will include:
Assessing claims and gathering necessary documentation. Investigating claims thoroughly and accurately to determine liability. Liaising with clients, policyholders, and relevant stakeholders to gather information. Evaluating policy coverage and determining the appropriate course of action. Keeping accurate records of claims and maintaining timely communication. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any queries or concerns. Requirements: Previous experience as a Claims Consultant is essential  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyse complex information. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
