As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a dynamic Communications Manager to lead our internal and external communications strategies, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and values.Job Purpose:The Communications Manager will spearhead the development and execution of Wilson Parking New Zealand's communications strategy. This role focuses on enhancing leadership and employee communications while supporting our overarching business initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a robust communications strategy, creating impactful content for internal stakeholders that engages employees and aligns with Wilsons strategic plan.Oversee internal communications planning across all channels, ensuring timely and effective messaging.Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver internal content and engagement tools, including intranet updates, email communications, and CEO announcements.Measure and refine the effectiveness of internal communication channels to enhance engagement and address stakeholder needs.Identify and manage risks related to stakeholder communications, providing strategic advice to ensure effective engagement.Proactively collaborate with our external PR team to manage media inquiries and develop press releases.Monitor social media platforms and engage in proactive content creation.Manage digital marketing budgets and demonstrate ROI on campaigns.About You:5+ years of experience in internal and external communications, media, or PR.Proven experience in digital media and social media management.Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in a corporate environment.Ability to work closely with senior executives while maintaining confidentiality.Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.Creative mindset with strong copywriting skills and experience in developing engaging presentations.Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies, Public Relations, or a related field.Why Join Us?At Wilson Parking New Zealand, we value integrity, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
