Outreach And Admissions Coordinator

About the role The Outreach and Admissions Coordinator is responsible for recruiting students to SAE Auckland qualifications and nurturing those interested through to enrolment.
The ideal applicant should be a campus recruitment specialist, have outstanding customer service skills and impressive sales experience.
To enhance SAE Auckland's visibility in the community, especially within secondary schools, this role also entails coordinating short courses and STAR activities, as well as attending career expos.
A knowledge of SAE qualifications and/or the New Zealand creative industries is valuable.
The person we seek will ideally have the following: Have experience within a sales environment with demonstrated achievement of sales KPIs, preferably within the tertiary education sectorHave experience of Student Management and/or Customer Relationship Management Systems such as SalesForceHave some knowledge of the New Zealand tertiary education sector, particularly within the context of creative media educationHave an interest in creative media education and in particularly audio engineering, music production, songwriting and/or film making.Have outstanding communication skills, with the ability to connect with potential students, parents, and career advisorsHave an eye for detail and strong organisational skillsHave demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer serviceBe able to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently to achieve required outcomes What we can offer you: Work in Parnell village, just a short walk from Auckland's CBDFree car-parking space on siteCreative, modern, world-class facilitiesGenuine flexibility with hybrid working arrangementsProfessional development opportunitiesA truly global organisation on the forefront of creative media educationCategory 1 tertiary provider with the highest possible category NZQA rating in our most recent External Evaluation and Review (EER) About Us Established in 1976, SAE Creative Media Institute provides niche creative media programmes to about 10,000 students at more than 50 campuses around the world.
