Job Description Are you an experienced recruiter looking to move in-house? Join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner managing our Locum Dentist Desk in New Zealand , while collaborating closely with our Australian Locum Recruiter to provide seamless support across both markets. What You’ll Do Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified locum dentists across NZ. Negotiate locum contracts and ensure compliance with company standards. Partner with the Australian recruiter to share insights, resources, and best practices. Manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary and locum placements. Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Proven experience in agency recruitment , ideally managing a temporary or locum desk. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. A proactive, collaborative approach to supporting a regional team.
