Job Description

Are you an experienced recruiter looking to move in-house? Join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner managing our Locum Dentist Desk in New Zealand, while collaborating closely with our Australian Locum Recruiter to provide seamless support across both markets.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified locum dentists across NZ.
  • Negotiate locum contracts and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Partner with the Australian recruiter to share insights, resources, and best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary and locum placements.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally managing a temporary or locum desk.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach to supporting a regional team.
