We have over 119 stores nationwide and we are constantly expanding.If you're looking for a career where your workmates are fun, professional, and great at what they do, then come and join the Shosha NZ teamOur focus is to hire people with great knowledge and experience to contribute to delivering the best service to all of our customers.In this role you will:Provide all customers with excellent customer service.Complete all daily store operations.Deal with customer queries and issues.Keep up to date with the latest technology to assist customers in finding the right product for them.Pack online orders on request.Maintain Daily Stocktake Procedures.Maintain the cleanliness of the store.Assist the Manager with daily operational tasks.Ensure store sales and inventories are correctly accounted for.In order to be considered for this role you will need:Well-developed communication and listening skills.Previous experience in a retail environment.Able to work on weekends and according to the roster.Reliability and enthusiasm.You will be required to work at least one full weekend day; this will be part of the roster. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to one weekend day.This employer is looking for an experienced and positive candidate to join their retail team on a permanent full-time basis. As a retail assistant, you will work in a down-to-earth environment surrounded by equally awesome colleagues who are passionate about exceeding customer expectations.
