OnlyCars.co.nz is New Zealand's newest online car listings platform, connecting car buyers with sellers across the country. As a start-up, we're on an exciting journey of growth and innovation, and we're looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual to join us as an Administrative and Sales Support.
Position Overview:
As the Administrative and Sales Support, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of OnlyCars.co.nz. You will be responsible for handling the administrative side of the business, including the onboarding of new car dealers, providing customer service, and offering sales support. Your role will ensure the smooth running of our platform and contribute to the overall customer and dealer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Dealer Onboarding:Assist car dealers in registering on the platform, including account setup, profile completion, and listing support.Provide training and guidance to dealers on how to effectively use the platform to upload and manage their vehicle listings.Ensure all dealer accounts comply with OnlyCars.co.nz guidelines and quality standards.Customer Service:Serve as the first point of contact for customer Assist with inquiries related to listings, accounts, and transactionsTrack and resolve customer feedback and issuesSales Support:Assist the sales team with dealer management, including tracking key metrics and CRM updates.Help prepare reports and maintain dealer communication records.Administrative Duties:Provide general administrative support to the management team as required.Key Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales support role.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency with office software (MS Office Suite) and experience with CRM systems (would be a plus).Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Familiarity with the automotive industry or online marketplace platforms is a plus.Personal Attributes: Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.A team player who thrives in a dynamic, start-up environment.
