We are looking for a professional and organised Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to an amazing senior leader. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and have the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. This role requires discretion, reliability, and a proactive approach to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Manage diaries, organise meetings, and coordinate schedules Travel Management: Arrange domestic and international travel, including transport and accommodation Communication Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners Project Coordination: Assist with planning and tracking projects and events Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a positive and proactive person looking to step into an engaging and rewarding role. You will have proven experience as a personal assistant as well as: Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in handling confidential information and maintaining discretion This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to play a key role in supporting senior leaders and contributing to the smooth operation of the business.
