How you'll make a difference

You'll contribute to the biggest transformation programme in our Society's history by leading the development and evolution of our data driven solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll define product roadmaps and ensure our data products add real value, then lead a squad team through to delivery.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Product Owner experience with a background in data transformation
  • Experience in defining and delivering a cohesive product roadmap in a multi-platform, multi-squad environment
  • Effective communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills including squad leadership
  • Adept at understanding, articulating and measuring value based on business requirements
  • Aptitude to learn fast, with a flexible and responsive approach, prepared to discover new solutions to challenges as they arise and remain tenacious in achieving the required result
  • Resilient and an appetite for tackling complex challenges
  • Accomplished presentation skills – comfortable presenting internally/externally to all levels
