Job Description

In this role, you'll play a critical part in identifying opportunities to maximize commercial value across our core products. You'll navigate complex data sets, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop recommendations to drive business growth.

You'll have the opportunity to evolve the role, drive change, and make a real impact on our organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Navigate multiple systems and sources of data to assess and propose recommendations
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gain recommendation acceptance
  • Balance commercial value against member value and purpose

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: Credit risk role
  • Technical skills: SQL, SAS, SAP, or alternative analytical toolkit
  • Soft skills: Articulating information, influencing stakeholders, and solving complex problems
  • Industry knowledge: Financial services and mortgage/savings products
