The employer's prestigious dealership is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team, to deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's most renowned luxury automotive brands, setting new standards for performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities within this role Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets, ensuring top-tier service and customer satisfactionDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the client base, optimise profitability, and enhance brand loyaltyManage daily operations of the sales department, including forecasting, inventory control, and showroom presentation in order to maintain brand standardsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer loyaltyCollaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure seamless alignment on promotional campaigns, pricing, and customer financing solutionsContinuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay ahead and innovate on the dealership's offerings and sales approach Requirements for the role Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably within the luxury or prestige marketStrong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and drive resultsExceptional customer service orientation and commitment to delivering an unparalleled client experienceExcellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional, client-focused demeanorAnalytical and strategic thinking with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsPassion for luxury vehicles and a keen understanding of market dynamics and buyer expectations in the prestige segment Rewards for the successful applicant Competitive salary with a generous commission structureCompany vehicle and the tools needed for the roleOpportunities for career advancement within a highly reputable dealership networkBe part of a supportive and award winning teamContinuous professional development and training with a leading luxury automotive brand How to apply
