We have an opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Hamilton Building Structures team. This role requires a strong market presence, leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality projects. You will lead a team, support our clients, and collaborate with multi-discipline project teams to manage our current workload and drive future growth.

Mōu ake | About you

  • Experienced Structural Engineer with a relevant degree or tertiary education.
  • 7-14 years of design experience working in Buildings projects.
  • Track record in delivering results on behalf of our clients, ensuring a great client experience.
  • Previous experience in a consulting environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team, mentor and coach junior peers, and delegate appropriately.
  • Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking, and consulting skills
