- As our Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical electrical engineering expertise, leadership and direction for electrical engineering matters across maintenance and capital.Key accountabilities include:
- Technical Framework Implementation: Implement a comprehensive technical framework for electrical systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business requirements.
- Expert Guidance: Provide high-level technical expertise and support across the Co-Op, addressing complex electrical engineering challenges and advising on system design and improvements.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks associated with electrical systems, ensuring proactive solutions to prevent potential issues and maintain operational integrity.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all electrical engineering activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards, staying updated on regulatory changes and integrating them into practices and procedures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of electrical engineering strategies with overall business goals and operational needs.
- Building Capability: Mentor and develop junior engineers, promoting a culture of learning and professional growth.

- You have significant experience in a senior technical engineering role, preferably within a complex asset-owning organization. Your proven leadership skills enable you to effectively influence key partners and stakeholders, driving success across projects. With strong technical engineering expertise, particularly in operational environments, you bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. An Engineering degree is essential for this role, and a Master's in Engineering (MEng) or chartership is preferred.
