In your role you will:
Create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and supportEnsure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer serviceAnalyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and productsRecruit, coach and mentor your teamProvide stock feedback and manage inventory  Who are we looking for?  We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded retail Manager who has proven sales results and a passion for coaching and developing high performing teams.
