Our client is a well established NZ brand with years of experience in their speciality retail & wholesale field. With 20 stores across the country our client has grown to be one of the largest suppliers in New Zealand working in the business and community space. This business is focused on being able to deliver the best for their clients by making their products universally accessible

This role is suited for a driven individual who is a real 'people person' and has a strong sales background and can drive the store to success.

**The Benefits**:

- $60 - 65k + Commission % on all personal sales + Annual Store Bonus
- Monday to Friday roster working 40 hours per week
- Run the business as if it's your own
- Closed during Christmas, New years and most public holidays

**The Role**:

- Driving retail & wholesale sales budgets and KPI’s
- Developing & maintaining relationships with schools, businesses & sports clubs within your local community.
- Day to day operations of a small team and store
- Visual merchandising the store
- Inventory Control - counting, receipting stock, stocktakes, ordering
- Regular coaching & developing of staff
- Maintaining administrative and audit procedures
- Managing your own customer base

**About You**:

- Previous management or sales experience in retail or wholesale
- Excellent computer & problem-solving skills
- Effortless communicator with people on all levels
- Able to multi-task, highly organised
- Good attention to detail, able to work under pressure
- Have a passion for selling
- Ability to work Saturdays if needed to support the store
