We are a busy take away located in Auckland, known as Katsubi. We open 7 days per week. We now require 2 full-time permanent kitchen Fast Food Cooks to join in our team.

We offer at least 30 hours per week work, rostered from Monday to Sunday;

Our pay range is from $28.18/hour to $30/hours depending on your learning abilities.

Successful candidates should have at least 6 months' work experience in the same field. You will need to be able to work independently and effectively.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
  • Checking ingredients to make sure the quality and freshness
  • Cutting washing peeling mixing raw food material and taking right measurement
  • Preparing and cooking fast food using grills microwaves and deep fryers
  • Arrange delivery for customers
  • Cleaning up kitchen benches cooking surfaces and other cooking appliances  
  • Ordering kitchen supplies and other food and ingredients
  • Taking food supplies delivery and checking the quality and quantity  
  • Maintains overall sanitation health cleanliness and safety standards for food preparation areas cooking services and dishes and utensils
  • Adhered to all hygiene & health and safety rules and our restaurant regulations
