We are seeking a full-time (Monday-Friday) office manager/admin to keep our office running smoothly and support the director and technical staff. Our ideal candidate will have a great sense of time management, a positive can-do attitude, multi-tasking abilities, and top-notch customer service skills.Responsibilities:Providing quality administration and customer serviceGeneral office managementCoordinating and scheduling jobs, meeting demands, and the ability to think on your feetAccounts payable and accounts receivablePayroll, GST, PAYE (in XERO)Initial customer contact via face-to-face, phone inquiries, and email inquiriesMinimum Requirements:At least 2 years in administrationGreat customer service skillsAbility to work in a team environment as well as individuallySelf-motivated, able to work with minimum supervisionExcellent written and verbal communicationPeople skills, a deliverer of excellent customer serviceAbility to learn and adapt to various computer systemsExcellent time managementHigh level of accuracy in processing transactionsPrevious experience of Xero is desirable; however, training can be provided to the right candidateGood organizational skills are a mustMUST HAVE RESIDENCY OR VALID WORK VISA.You will join a small, close-knit, and supportive team.
