Let's go An exciting opportunity now exists for Support Leads to work at the brand new Auckland Processing Centre in Wiri.

You might recognise this role as a Charge Hand - the roles are very similar. The purpose of this role is to support our high performing processing team who are responsible for domestic parcel and mail processing at the Auckland Processing Centre.

You'll engage and support the team by communicating and setting objectives.

The Support Lead is also responsible for ensuring NZ Post's parcel and mail product is processed in a timely and efficient manner.

This includes meeting consistently high service standards through effective management of parcel flow and continuous improvement.

You'll manage the accurate and timely capture of data, ensuring all systems are updated as per operational requirements.

You'll provide support in leading the team in accordance with NZ Post's values and vision as well as managing resources within the operational needs and budget for the Processing area.

You will need to be the type of person who takes a hands-on approach, demonstrating a commitment to safety and fostering a high performing, positive team culture.

Shift available : Monday to Friday : 14:00 - 22:30

The successful candidate will :

Have current or previous leadership experience

Demonstrate confident computer skills

Have a valid clean full NZ drivers license

Show a solid understanding of logistics management

Demonstrate awareness in safety systems and compliance in an operational environment
