We are looking for an
**experienced**
**Support Worker** to join our team to assist with delivering group and individually tailored activities at both the Auckland and Counties Day Services. Come help us support the achievement of our client's goals.

This role will see you complete a range of activities from interacting with and supporting clients with tasks, to driving, light food preparation and the occasional outing.

**You are good fit for our team if you**:

- Level 2 or higher Health & Wellbeing Qualification.
- Experience working with and an affinity with older persons and an ability to lead & engage with them in a variety of activities
- A Full New Zealand driver's license and confident with driving an automatic van in sometimes heavy traffic
- Be eligibility to work in NZ
- Have a keen interest in working with people of all ages, including those with injuries, disabilities or aged related conditions
- Have a warm sense of humour, patience and are sensitive to the varying needs of our clients.
- Possess strong communication skills
