We’re seeking a proactive, solutions‑focused Solution Architect to partner with our business and drive impactful change that support global operations and transformation. You are energised by solving complex business challenges and delivering tangible outcomes. In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to the business, proactively identifying opportunities, facilitating productive conversations, and designing solutions that make a real difference. Your focus will be on understanding business needs, engaging stakeholders, designing fit‑for‑purpose solutions that deliver real results, and driving initiatives from concept through to successful implementation. Key accountabilities include: Solutions Leadership: Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and future‑ready digital solutions. Lead the way in identifying and solving business problems, always seeking the best path forward. You’ll collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to co‑create solutions that deliver measurable value. Strategic Architecture & Planning: Shape and maintain digital architecture that aligns with our business strategy, translating organisational needs into secure, modular, cloud‑first solutions, and providing oversight to ensure projects are reusable and cost‑effective. Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to identify challenges and co‑create solutions. You’ll engage stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into clear business value and securing buy‑in for new initiatives. Governance & Standards: Set and uphold architecture principles and standards, lead reviews, and ensure compliance with security and performance requirements. Technology Leadership & Innovation: Stay ahead of digital trends, mentor technical teams, and advise stakeholders to foster innovation and build digital capability. Ko wai koe? Who are you? You are a solutions‑focused strategic thinker and digital design expert, passionate about creating future‑ready solutions that drive business success. With a talent for stakeholder engagement and building strong business relationships, you combine technical expertise with the ability to communicate complex concepts in clear, business‑focused language - ensuring buy‑in across the organisation. Your experience spans commercial, corporate, and global environments, and you are confident in partnering effectively with vendors in dynamic settings. You will also meet the following criteria: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience in a principal or lead role, with deep subject matter expertise in ERP platforms such a SAP and Microsoft 365. Advanced knowledge of enterprise service bus (ESB), API management, and integration platform architecture. Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Io T, blockchain, and advanced analytics. Demonstrated ability to design solutions across core platforms including SAP, Microsoft 365,. NET, Service Now, CRM, and Adobe. Strong understanding of event‑driven architectures, real‑time data processing, and streaming technologies. Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as RPA, workflow engines, and process automation frameworks. Familiarity with B2 B integration patterns and electronic data interchange (EDI).
