Ensures that assigned resources meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes. • Relationship Management: Leads the overall relationship management with the assigned key account. • Establishes relationships while identifying sponsors, anti-sponsors and coaches and formulating accordingly action plans. • Functions as an escalation stage for the assigned account manager(s). Ensures relationships with key account. • Tactical Account Management: leads and oversees the negotiation of sales agreements according to the customer's buying process towards an optimal ranging and positioning of products within the customer's channels. • Makes use of available funds to optimize the effectiveness of provided sales & marketing tools i.e. cooperate campaigns, exclusivities, price positioning, product customization and lifecycle management. Requirements: - Thorough experience in Sales Management & Business development in a technology driven, fast moving industry. - Smartphone/IT/Telecom experience is mandatory, experience in operators or dealing with operators will be more appreciated. - Experience engaging with large-complex accounts, selling a broad portfolio of products at C-level. - 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development.
