The Opportunity; We are recruiting for a System Compliance Administrator to join Ritchies, based in Auckland , at any of our four depots, reporting to the HR Business Partner .
Having recently moved to Bamboo HR , we are keen to make sure all historical data is captured in all our Depots Nationally.
This role is focused on the HR system's compliance documentation, ensuring our people data is accurate, up to date and able to be reported on quickly.
This is a great opportunity for either a graduate or experienced administrator who has an interest in systems admin, HR or data integrity.
This could be a great project for an individual who likes to: Collaborate with a wide variety of people, nationally.
Clearly articulate to our Depots what needs to be done, by a deadline and deliver on time.
Enjoy data entry, paying attention to detail and spotting anomalies.
Understand the importance of accuracy of documentation and escalate concerns in a methodical and clear way.
Quickly understand the system, its reporting functions and capabilities to utilize the benefits within our Depots.
Contribute to system process mapping and developing training guides for end users.
What you get; Opportunity to travel to some Depots who may need support to scan/source their historical documentation.

Experience in a significant systems/HR project over the summer.
