Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality improvement? Ngāti Hine Health Trust is seeking a Quality Management Lead to ensure our services exceed expectations and align with cultural values.

With over three decades of service, Ngāti Hine Health Trust has been a leader in oranga (wellbeing) for Te Tai Tokerau communities. Guided by kaupapa Māori values, we deliver services across health, housing, education, and Whānau Ora.

As a Quality Management Lead, you’ll play a vital role in developing frameworks that drive service excellence and risk management.

About the Role

You’ll oversee accreditation processes, lead quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance across all services. Your work will help us deliver culturally aligned, high-quality care to our communities.

The position can be based in either our Whangarei or Kawakawa Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage quality improvement frameworks.
  • Oversee risk management and accreditation compliance.
  • Lead initiatives that promote continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership on quality performance.

  • Experience in quality improvement or risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of accreditation processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
