We’re a fast-growing accounting practice based in Ponsonby, committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and we’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Senior Client Manager to join our team

In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Production Manager to provide exceptional service and support to our clients across a range of accounting and financial management needs.

We are looking for someone who can train in-house initially, then work from home. Occasional travel to the office may be required for organised Client meetings. The Role:
  • Client management: Manage your own client portfolio, focusing on maintaining relationships, providing effective support, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor your team, providing guidance and support to foster professional development while empowering junior staff through effective delegation and increased responsibilities.
  • Workflow oversight: Oversee and review the workflow of junior team members to ensure the competent delivery of a full range of BAS services.
  • Advisory: Identify and act on opportunities to add value and offer strategic advisory services.
  • Qualifications: Hold an accounting degree, with CA or CPA qualifications being desirable.
  • Experience: Previous public practice experience and strong technical knowledge.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task, work independently, and prioritise tasks in a highly organised manner.
