Our seasonal teams are fun and made up of a diverse mix of people of all ages and nationalities.
This position will start in October/November 2024 and continue through the summer season until April 2025.
About us: Rosewood Kauri Cliffs, a luxury hotel in the Bay of Islands where you can discover the beauty of panoramic views across the untouched coastline and deep blue ocean.
Sophisticated and elegant, Rosewood Kauri Cliffs glows in morning light as the sun rises to reveal panoramic views across the Pacific.
Resting on an unspoilt coastline where high cliffs nestle into three pristine private beaches, you can have a true New Zealand experience in beautiful Northland.
Responsibilities: Our Guest Service team's main objective is to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
This is the perfect position for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and get involved
This role involves a variety of tasks around the lodge, including: Assisting guests with luggage Driving and cleaning cars Generally helping out wherever needed What you will bring: As well as your passion for service delivery and for luxury hospitality, you will have: Previous experience in a customer service position The ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Excellent communication skills A full driver's license A good level of physical fitness What we offer: We offer competitive wages, staff lunches, and access to our Staff Perks Programme with a wide range of discounts and deals with our suppliers and partners.
In addition, we endeavor whenever possible to provide staff with 2 days in a row off each week.
Due to our private and remote location, you will need to have your own reliable transport.
You will also need a valid working holiday visa or New Zealand work rights to apply.
