Senior Business Analyst Compliance (Fixed Term)Our Compliance team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to provide business analysis expertise to support operational units in defining, planning, and delivering change.The role is responsible for managing the creation of various materials to assist with the implementation of processes, including Standard Operating Procedures, User Guides, FAQs, and process documentation.Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex and progressive organisations, ideally in Compliance, Risk, or Financial Services, is required. Expertise in programs such as Excel and Visio is essential. Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or Jira is preferred.Leading and implementing change is a strong point, along with commercial acumen and strategic thinking. You should have experience in workflow mapping, control environment, and risk management practices.
