Job Description Nelson Prosthodontics are specialist dentists who balance function with aesthetics to restore full confidence to our patients smiles.  We are a combination of the right people, the latest technology and equipment, all working in a purpose-designed workspace with a dedicated laboratory. As a Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the practice. A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries, generating and confirming appointment bookings for our dentists and hygienists as well as patient recalls, payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties. This is a casual position and will not have guaranteed hours every week.  Responsibilities Greet patients in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner Respond to Patient emails and queries Process payments and book appointments Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous experience as a Receptionist will be a bonus Flexible and Friendly Can Do Attitude Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced environment. Ability to adapt and work in different teams. Demonstrated reliability and timekeeping. Excellent personal presentation. Ability to adapt and learn.
