Your new company You'll be working for a well renown Wellington based construction company who are passionate about creating a positive office environment. You'll be working in light and airy open plan office, with free on site parking and great public transport links very close by. Your new role Working in a close-knit team environment, you will be the sole Site Administrator responsible for all admin related tasks, your day to day will include but is not limited to: Monitoring document variations that come through and ensuring variations are communicated appropriately within the business Checking new document uploads and distributing documents internally Collating weekly time sheets to submit to the payroll team Updating and uploading digital records Reception cover, meeting and greeting site visitors General administration duties as required i.e. scanning, filing etc. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience in a construction related industry (or similar), you'll have excellent communication skills with the ability to think of your feet and act on initiative. You'll present with confidence and feel comfortable picking up the phone to and approaching stakeholders at all levels within the business. Ideally you will be able to start on short notice however candidates with a short notice period will also be considered.
