Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora Lakes An exciting opportunity has become available to work as a Clinical Quality Governance Risk and Compliance (CQGRC) Administration Support and join our passionate and multi-disciplinary team at Clinical Quality Governance Risk and Compliance service . This is a key position that provides linkages to other departments within Lakes and to external organisations. The primary purpose is to provide administration and support to the role and functions within the CQGRC team. A significant portion of this role is to provide support and cover of the Consumer Engagement Experience Coordination as required. Mo te turanga / About the role Provides a confidential and professional administrative service to the Service Manager, Consumer Engagement Experience Coordinator and other members of the team. Ensure all requirements for the day-to-day operations of the office are met. Provides agenda, minutes and meeting support for various Lakes committees. 0.8 FTE, rostered Monday to Friday, 32 hours of work per week. Mo koe / About you You should have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask and prioritise tasks ensuring completion in a timely manner. Strong attention to detail. Accurate data entry. Personally organised with superior time management and adept at responding to a changing environment. Proactive mindset with a high level of initiative. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook with an ability to quickly learn new systems. You would be someone who has: Computer skills – Windows Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
