About the Role

We're on the hunt for an experienced and visionary Group Digital Director (GDD) to lead and innovate in digital strategy and performance media across our client portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership with partnership-driven responsibilities, championing group investment adoption within MBM and shaping the future of digital solutions.

You'll take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, delivering innovative digital solutions that go beyond expectations. As the key connection to Publicis Media Exchange (PMX), you'll champion the adoption of cutting-edge tools and strategies, ensuring MBM remains at the forefront of digital media.

About You

You're a proven leader with a strategic mindset and 12+ years of digital media experience. You thrive in dynamic environments, building strong client relationships while mentoring and inspiring high-performing teams. You're passionate about innovation, future-focused, and ready to drive impactful change.

What You'll Do
  1. Lead Strategic Digital Excellence: Deliver cutting-edge digital strategies tailored to clients' business challenges, ensuring outstanding service and measurable results.
  2. Drive Growth & Innovation: Spearhead performance media initiatives, leveraging Publicis Groupe divisions like PMX and Epsilon to unlock growth opportunities.
  3. Champion Collaboration: Mentor digital teams, foster a culture of innovation, and align internal specialists to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
  4. Client Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor, strengthening relationships with senior marketing and digital clients, and driving solutions that future-proof their businesses.
  5. Digital Leadership: Be the go-to expert in digital media, leading industry education initiatives, driving product adoption, and staying ahead of emerging trends.
