Your Role:? 

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring the highest standards of service are met. This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives in the hotel industry, pays meticulous attention to detail, and radiates genuine warmth.? 

Key Responsibilities: Lead with flair, providing guidance and support to the team, and stepping in when needed.? Service guest rooms with precision and care, creating a welcoming environment.? Offer a helping hand in guest-facing areas, ensuring a seamless guest experience.? Innovate and implement solutions for operational efficiency, making a real impact.? Champion compliance within the team, maintaining high standards.? Uphold and monitor safe workplace practices, ensuring a secure environment.?  The Ideal Candidate: To shine in this role, you'll need: An insatiable appetite to build and nurture relationships, connecting on a meaningful level.? A true passion for quality, coupled with a keen eye for detail, ensuring excellence in every task.? A positive, can-do attitude that lifts the entire team, fostering a collaborative environment.? Exceptional time management skills and efficient work habits, optimizing productivity.? A knack for problem-solving, always presenting solutions, and driving continuous improvement.? Flexibility in your work schedule for minimum 20 hours per week, with weekend availability as a non-negotiable.?
