About the role: Take on a pivotal leadership role as Client Services Director at a growing full-service agency, where you'll nurture client relationships and oversee the successful delivery of creative and marketing projects. You’ll be the bridge between clients and dynamic in-house teams, driving growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead client relationship management, ensuring satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  2. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and creative projects.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams across digital advertising, brand strategy, and content production.
  4. Drive account growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  5. Ensure compliance, track account metrics, and prepare insightful client reports.

  5. Solid project management experience, with an ability to oversee multiple campaigns.
