You will be integral to the success of the store, and your efforts will be rewarded with a competitive Salary Package plus the opportunity to earn bonuses for a high achiever.About You:Experienced in running a busy retail store (FMCG preferred but not essential)Friendly and approachableYou will show initiative and be willing to try new ideas, especially with this store being a completely different concept to your average food storeEnergetic, sales oriented and motivated to succeedPossess excellent time management skills with the ability to delegate when necessaryA person with entrepreneurial skills will prosper in this roleYou understand good customer service and this will shine through in your workA strong solution focusThe Role:The day-to-day management of the store and team45hrs per week, Tuesday to SaturdayFull autonomy to manage the store, with support from the NRMBeing accountable for the profitability of the storeDuties and Responsibilities:Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and KPI'sProvide on-going support for your team ensuring they are achieving their bestEnsure the team are providing outstanding customer service at all timesStock management and visual merchandisingManage all OHS commitments for the store and teamBeing analytical in assessing both financial and stock managementThis is an excellent opportunity for the right person.If you are looking for a new and exciting challenge, this is the role for you.
