This role will allow you to broaden and strengthen your retail management experience as well as gaining access to a raft of career opportunities on offer within Farmlands.This is a full time, 40 hour per week position, we would appreciate your flexibility across the time period.In this leadership role you will be responsible for:Assisting with delivering the strategic plan for the branchSupporting the team to achieve financial, as well as health and safety targetsRole modelling superior customer service and merchandising to the teamSupporting the Business Manager to recruit and induct new staff membersMohou ake | About youIdeally, our successful applicant will bring proven team leadership/supervisory experience.
