If you can imagine a better future, let's find a wayThis is a great opportunity to join the team at either our BNZ Kerikeri or Whangarei branch. Both are busy branches where you'll deal with a diverse range of customers, so there is plenty of opportunity to continue to develop your banking career. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am- 5pm.What are the key day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?Engage with customers in a warm friendly manner, assisting with a variety of enquiries, and delivery Financial Health Checks.Through conversations with customers, identify their goals and propose BNZ products and solutions to achieve the best outcomes.Take care of all personal banking needs of our customers: unsecured lending, home lending, and insurances.Assist, assess and complete personal and more complex lending for customers (only applicable for Banker levels 4-7).What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?This is a busy branch and you'll be dealing with a variety of customers and working with a very supportive and culturally diverse team. Our team strives on being customer obsessed and we work together to deliver great customer experiences and outcomes, and you'll be given ongoing assistance to grow your career in banking.What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?We are ideally looking for someone that is already a Customer Banking specialist, however also keen to hear from those who are calm under pressure, enjoy chatting to customers and are passionate about promoting products and services.
