Due to the current incumbent going on Mat leave, Miele now require a multi-faceted & hands-on Retail Activation Specialist for a 12-month term who can successfully manage and execute display projects within Miele’s retail partners.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the NZ Commercial Director, as Retail Activation Specialist you’ll be responsible for project managing Miele appliance displays across New Zealand. The key purpose of the role is to improve ROI Within displays & create improved efficient collaboration between sales & marketing functions.
This includes but is not limited to project managing ‘design & construct’ display projects through to handover ensuring through a hands-on management approach that budget, quality, and time expectations are met. This also includes the managing of agreed display appliance assortments within Miele’s retail partners, new product change overs and assortment changes in market.
The role will also see you support the sales team through the coordination and management of sales related communications & marketing point of sale. This will include monthly ROI reports for COOP, retail displays, display suites (Projects) and digital activations in close cooperation with the business planning and marketing teams.

**About You**:
You will be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge & experience:

- **Project Management of Retail Displays** - You will bring proven experience project managing displays within a retail or trade event environment, with demonstrated ability to take a project from concept right through to handover, within budget, ensuring timelines are met.
- **Best practice & Project Management **- You’ll understand best practice when managing processes & projects with proven ability to make planograms & specification sheets come to life.
- **Cross - Collaboration & Communication - **You will have proven experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders & teams, with proven high level communication skills and expectation Management capabilities.
