This exciting dual-role position will immerse you in the world of Experience Centres and Retail Partner stores.

**Overall Objective / Purpose of Position**: As a Retail Activation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand presence and driving sales through effective support at Experience Centres and Retail Partner stores. This dual-role encompasses being a valuable team member at Experience Centres, providing expert sales consultation, and extending brand and merchandising standards to our esteemed Retail Partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Experience Centre Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with the Experience Centre team to provide exceptional sales consultation to customers, guiding them through the purchase journey.
- Support the Experience Centre Manager in day-to-day operations and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Experience Centre maintains brand and merchandising standards.
- **Retail Partner Support**:

- Allocate 1 day per week to visit Retail Partners in the metro area, focusing on merchandising appliances and setting up promotional POS displays.
- Advise Retail Partner staff on current promotions, product information, and brand messaging.
- Travel approximately 1 week per month to regional areas to provide hands-on support to Retail Partners.
- **Planning and Coordination**:

- Devote approximately 0.5 days per week to planning Retail Partner store visits, coordinating travel logistics, and managing POS materials for stores.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail, sales, or merchandising, preferably within the home appliances or consumer goods industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Willingness to travel, both locally and regionally, as part of the role.
