As the FP&A Manager, you will be instrumental in leading the company's financial forecasting process as well collaborating closely with a range of teams to ensure seamless enhancements across the business are rolled out.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive financial models.
- Provide in-depth analysis to support the Management Team.
- Be an experienced people manager and enjoy leading.
- Enhance business performance reporting systems to provide meaningful insights for decision-making.
- Collaboration cross-functionally with a range of teams to achieve key deliverables.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum 8 years experience in a senior FP&A role.
- Ideally have experience within the equipment lending and leasing industry.
- CA qualified.
- Advanced Excel skills.

You will need to be a team-player who enjoys working cross functionally. You will also possess a high level of initiative and a professional communication style. This is a great opportunity to work for a market leader and make the most of your Financial Services experience.
