Do you have previous leadership experience and have a continuous improvement mindset? We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join the dynamic C&I Data Services Team. C&I Data services supports all C&I data delivery and value add services for Bluecurrent. This involves investigating exceptions and responding to customer queries relating to data and communications.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensure that employees are appraised, developed, trained and performance managed effectively to achieve a high performing and capable team
- Management of data delivery and quality services to ensure all obligations are achieved, including accountability for performance SLAs
- Accountability of data exceptions, ensuring that processes in place for frequency of processing to resolve within expected KPIs
- Engagement with key stakeholders, internal and external, including Retailers and other participants
- Key point of escalation for C&I Data Services
- Responsibility for regulatory compliance and audit processes

**Who we are looking for**

To be successful in this role, you will bring previous leadership experience within a fast
- paced innovative environment with the ability to deliver against service level requirements. Energy sector experience is preferred. You will have a problem solving and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to set goals and objectives for the team to achieve operational and individual excellence.

Additionally, your communication, relationship building and influencing skills will be excellent with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with all stakeholders.
