**The Opportunity**:
Based in Epsom, you will be an integral part of the administration team. This role is full-time, Monday - Friday with shift work on a rotation basis each week. You will need to have a can-do attitude, great time management skills, ability to prioritise and self-manage workload.

**As an Administrator, some of your Duties will include**:

- Communicates professionally and friendly on the telephone and face-to-face
- Work as a team member to provide customer-focused service
- Patient admission folders are prepared and ready for the patients’ arrival
- All data/documentation is completed accurately and promptly
- Payments are taken as required and processed accordingly
- Patient invoices are processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Patient records are maintained as per legislated requirements and prepared for scanning
- Debtors are followed up promptly and in conjunction with the Support Services Manager

**To be successful in this role**:

- Previous administration experience is a must, as are solid MS Office skills including Excel, and Office Suite
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, and reliable
- Experience working in front-line customer service and communication
- Effective communication written and verbal
- **As this is a permanent role, those only with NZ Citizenship or permanent residency will be considered for this role
