We are seeking self-motivated and experienced phone-based customer service professionals to join our Dunedin team. This role will be responsible for various tasks which include answering inbound calls, processing customer queries, track and trace investigations, office support duties and assisting with damages.

To be successful in this role you will have strong communication, an active listener, excellent time management, good computer knowledge, problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the square to get the job done

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with the hours of work being Monday to Friday, 1.30pm to 5.30pm.
