Our National Procurement team has an opportunity for a Sourcing Officer to join our busy and dynamic team. This permanent, full-time position is based at our Head Office in Te Awamutu.

**About the Position**:
The primary function of the Sourcing Officer is to support contract and procurement processes related to tauira (student) resources within TWoA. The Sourcing Officer must liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure tauira receive fit for purpose resources that support them in their study, as outlined in Programme Resource Lists and the Investment Plan. Part of this role is to identify cost, quality, and delivery efficiencies to ensure ongoing process improvements. This role will also review and monitor Purchase Requisitions for Te Wānanga o Aotearoa.

**About you**:
You will have;
- Certificate in Business Administration
- Experienced administrator in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of the tertiary education sector and programme delivery
- Understanding of enrolment process, tauira journey and resource requirements
- User knowledge of Workplace purchasing platform would be an advantage
- Full NZ Driver Licence, class 1 (clean)
- You will also have an understanding of te reo Māori phrases, mihi and greetings and Māori values, culture and Tikanga.
