Our **Territory Account Manager **is a key, strategic role within Ruckus Networks It will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets within New Zealand. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market share, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our sales operations in the country, including overseeing our channel partners.
**About the Role**
- Promote the value proposition of RUCKUS Networks as a "leading Networking Player" in New Zealand
- In charge of forecasting revenue and of managing sales accounts for the Ruckus Networks business, operate as key business contact within accounts for all related issues.
- Manage a list of "must-win" with the goal of protecting and proliferating Ruckus Networks products in those accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities, and drive expansion into untapped markets.
- Build and maintain executive (C-level) relationships with the nominated accounts to increase branding visibility.
- Leverage Channel partners and the Channel team as appropriate to increase coverage and cover all relevant market segments.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasting, as well as reporting on completed deals, and regular reviews with the sales management team and channel partners.
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- A Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science is preferable
- Proven track record of sales and demonstrated success in managing and achieving revenue and/or profit goals.
- Success in positioning and selling solutions driving business processes and strategy is required.
- Possess excellent people management skills with the ability to develop and sustain effective business relationships, particularly at C-Level.
- Ability to effectively communicate plans and strategies at all levels within CommScope.
- Must be a self-starter and a strong closer with the flexibility to travel 20-30% of the time
