Based in Te Rapa, Geeves Scaffolding Ltd prides itself on being a professional scaffolding company. They are a part of the NZ Scaffolding Group, one of the fastest-growing companies in the country.

This position is permanent part-time. The makeup of these hours is flexible and it is 30 hours/ week.
The main function of this role is:
- Payroll for staff using I Payroll.
- AP and AR functions.
- A mix of admin functions as required by the team
- Be accurate and organized.
- Have at least 2 years working in a finance/ accounting role.
- Be able to work competently with Xero.
- Have worked in payroll.
- have a full driver's license
Ideally, you'll:
- Have worked in a similar or related industry (eg Construction or trades based)
- this isn't a corporate environment and while it is more informal, it is still professional)
- Have intermediate excel skills
- Be an excellent communicator and enjoy building relationships with the internal team and suppliers.
- Be capable of managing your workload autonomously
- There is very real career potential here for the right person as the company continues to grow.
- The team is relaxed (busy, but friendly) and not precious - No egos.
