**Purpose of the role**:
The Direct Marketing Campaign Lead position at Blind Low Vision NZ reports directly to the Head of Fundraising. This role is fundamental to driving fundraising efforts and enhancing organisational awareness. The incumbent will lead the development and execution of direct marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.

This role is responsible for ensuring the cash giving programme achieves its potential, net revenue is maximised and that Blind Low Vision NZ donors have an excellent supporter experience. This includes contributing to the development of Engagement and Marketing strategy and plans and implementing fundraising marketing communication across the programme.

**What we are looking for**:
This role is key to maintaining crucial relationships that are essential to the organisations success and as such, we are looking for a superstar to hit the ground running. Someone with:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in direct marketing, campaign management, and media strategy.
- Strong digital marketing and communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with external agencies.
