The Market Regulation Branch of the Commerce Commission is responsible for regulating the telecommunications, fuel, dairy and retail payment systems.

Due to growth in our team we have a newly created role for a Fuel Manager in the Market Regulation team and this role can be based in our Te Whanganui-a-Tara, or Tāmaki Makaurau office with flexible working options available.

Mō te Teranga | About the role
Reporting to the Head of Fuel and Dairy, you will play a critical role in helping continue to build and enhance our fuel regulatory regime for the purpose of promoting competition in engine fuel markets for the long-term benefit of consumers.
You will lead the delivery of the Fuel team's work programme, project and initiatives, including our market monitoring and compliance and enforcement roles.

- Experience in compliance and enforcement work and/or monitoring the performance of different sectors (preferable, but not essential)
